IT Sales Administrator - 05/09/2011

Our client is an IT Managed Services Provider and Internet Service Provider that delivers IT solutions and internet services to small and medium enterprises. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant / Sales Administrator to join their growing team.

As an Administration Assistant / Sales Administrator you will be responsible for taking ownership of orders of broadband services, support contracts and other IT solutions, as they are generated by the sales team, and co-ordinating their fulfilment internally, with third party suppliers and with clients. This position will involve processing orders, liaising with the sales team and clients in order to update the progress of their orders, handling order queries, and maintaining stock levels.

To succeed in this role you must have significant previous office experience, ideally from within an IT company or ISP. Equally as important will be your ability to deal with customers and suppliers, and proficiency using the MS Office suite. You will also need to demonstrate an organised approach to order processing and to your work in general, and great communication skills.

Additionally, as the Administration Assistant / Sales Administrator you should possess strong IT skills, a high level of numeracy, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Your willingness to learn quickly and ‘can do’ attitude are also essential.

IT Sales Account Manager - 05/09/2011

To £45,000 OTE

We are currently looking to grow and develop our team rapidly and are keen to reward success. The business is looking to recruit a well organised and highly motivated Sales Consultant to sell cloud, connectivity and proactive support services to SMB and Corporate customers in London and the South East.

The role will be both field and office-based and will involve handling all stages of the sales cycle including initial contact, pre-sales consultancy and post-sales account management.

Candidates should have the following skills:

  • Experience in sales at an ISP, cloud services or VAR;
  • Experience of putting together IT solutions for SMEs;
  • Understanding and experience of Internet services (connectivity, hosting);
  • Experience of Internet and security solutions for SMEs.

In addition the candidate should have a proven track record of successful sales in the B2B space, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and a hard-working commitment to winning new business. As a dedicated sales professional, the successful candidate will be a team player willing to contribute to the growth of the sales team through exemplary performance.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a generous basic salary and an uncapped OTE to £45K (uncapped). Mobile phone and laptop will be provided.
