Resellers are able to provision and manage orders using the unbranded reseller portal, integrating the portfolio of services within their own portfolio and under their own identity. As a reseller, Cerberus Partners are responsible for the following areas:
- First line technical support
- Customer billing
- Configuration and set up of routers or other customer premises hardware
- Provisioning of new orders using the reseller portal
- XML integration for automation of provisioning and management of services
As a reseller, partners are able to brand services and incorporate them into existing offerings, complementing services and increasing the reach of the business into new, high margin areas.
